Flexible graphite is valued for its unique properties, including its ability to withstand extreme temperatures, resist corrosion and chemicals, and maintain its integrity even in harsh environments. It is commonly used in applications such as heat exchangers, piping systems, and electronic devices.

Flexible graphite can also be impregnated with different materials, such as resin, metal, or ceramic, to enhance its properties and tailor it for specific applications. The resulting materials are known as graphite composites and can have improved thermal conductivity, mechanical strength, and resistance to wear and tear.


Graphite foil is a new sealing material foundation, has high temperature resistance (working temperature-200~650ºC in air, -200~3000ºC in non-oxidizing media), corrosion resistance, radiation resistance, very good electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, good compression rate, rebound rate and low stress relaxation rate characteristics.


Graphite foil: graphite foil and graphite sheets are used for machine sealing and other seals products.

Graphite tape: graphite tape is used for thread sealing and sealing flanges.

Graphite foil with glue: graphite foil and tape with glue mainly used for thread and flange sealing.


Graphite paper is made by chemically treating high-carbon flake graphite and then rolling it at high temperatures to produce an expanded material. It is a basic material used to manufacture various graphite sealing components. It has six major characteristics:


1. Easy to process: it can be die-cut into various small shapes and thicknesses.

2. High temperature resistance: it can withstand temperatures up to 400℃ and as low as -40℃.

3. High thermal conductivity: the maximum plane thermal conductivity can reach 1500 w/mk.

4. Flexibility: it can be made into double-layer boards with other materials.

5. Lightweight and thin: in the same size situation, it is 30% lighter than aluminum and 80% lighter than copper.

6. Easy to use: it can be smoothly attached to any flat or curved surface.
